Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Team Leader in managing, selling and developing relationships with key accounts. - Understand and implement PSI (Purchase - Sell - Inventory) strategies to optimize product availability, sales performance, and inventory management for key accounts in collaboration with Team Leader and cross-functional teams - Support the Team Leader in conducting regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns or issues. - Analyze sales data and update market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product offerings within key accounts, as well as potential risks - Coordinate and manage the sales cycle for key accounts, including order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up. - Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the Team Leader, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges within key accounts. - Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about product updates and enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions to key accounts.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in sales, preferably in small appliances (consumer electronic) environment. - Familiarity with key account management principles and the ability to support the Team Leader in managing and developing relationships with key accounts. - Basic understanding of PSI (Purchase - Sell - Inventory) strategies and analysis - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, results- oriented mindset - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales activities and generate reports.
